By using the GRW platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before submitting your application.
Eligibility

GRW is designed to support small, independent businesses located in Basingstoke.

Only micro or small businesses, as defined by [fewer than 20 employees], may apply.

One application per business is permitted.
Application Process
Applications must be completed through the official GRW platform, and all information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Submission of an application does not guarantee inclusion in GRW or approval of an audit; however, you may be contacted if there are errors in your submission or if eligibility issues arise.
Delivery of Audits and Recommendations
We aim to deliver audits within 10–15 business days of receiving a complete application. While this is our target timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand. All audits and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only, based on the expertise of Refin’d, and GRW cannot guarantee specific results, business growth, or outcomes following implementation of recommendations. Although high demand may result in longer waiting times, we strive to complete all audits as promptly as possible.
Use of Information
All audits and recommendations are intended for internal business use only. Businesses are responsible for how they implement suggestions and any consequences resulting from actions taken.
Privacy
GRW and Refin’d respect your privacy. Data collected during the application and audit process is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties. Information may be used internally to improve GRW services and for communication regarding your application. Please check our Privacy Policy for more detailed information on how your data is used and protected.
Limitation of Liability
GRW and Refin’d are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform or implementation of recommendations. Users agree to use the platform responsibly and acknowledge that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to Terms
GRW reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the GRW website with the effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
